Modern paisley

I recently dressed-up a bed in a master bedroom that we were staging and as I really love the paisley print, I chose a sheet set with a wonderful duck egg blue paisley print. We added lots of pillows, a gorgeous silk decorative pillow and a throw that tied everything together. What do you think:

Resembling the beautiful henna tattoo shapes or a twisted teardrop, the kidney-shaped paisley is Iranian and Indian in origin, but its western name derives from the town of Paisley, in central Scotland. In Tamil the design is known as mankolam and has long been used in India. It resembles a mango and has sometimes been associated with Hinduism. In Persian the design is known as boteh jegheh and it has been used in Iran since the Sassanid Dynasty.
