I thought the entryway by David Oldroyd and Greg Stewart looked fabulous with the Saarinen table and the oversized branches. I love books, so having a basket full of them was just the best! David and Greg also designed the living room. The furniture and carpet were all incorporated into one. It was very innovative:
Jiun Ho designed the dining room:I had the pleasure of meeting Steven Miller who designed the kitchen /family room and powder room. I immediately noticed the Union Jack cushions on the custom sofa and he confirmed that they were by Vivienne Westwood. Steven was so lovely, I really enjoyed talking to him and his designs are gorgeous:
Surfacedesign/Throwing Rock Studio did the "hardscape":
Nicole Hollis designed the library:
Martha Angus and Philip Parton designed the boy's bedroom: Gary Hutton designed the amazing master bedroom and bathroom. I loved the colour palette of this room and the beads on the corridor wall which represent a map of the USA. Each bead was placed on the wall with a taxidermy pin by hand!!! The blue light in the bedroom changes colour too:Sand Studios designed the wine cellar:
Upper level: Jay Jeffers created the great room/power room and loft:
Again, Surfacedesign/Throwing Rock Studio designed the roof deck:Don't forget to scroll down to see the article on the gentleman I met who used to live at 2201 Baker Street..... he was amazing......
We love the post! Thank you for the photos. We really enjoyed the Martha Angus boy's bedroom. The dark floors with the crisp black and white Farrow and Ball wallpaper hung horizontally! So Fresh! And what a fun light fixture in Gary Hutton's Master Bedroom and the chandeliers in Jay Jeffers' space!
